Gabe Mellein has over a decade of experience selling real estate in SWFL. He is nationally certified in Feng Shui for real estate and has consistently been a top performing Realtor since 2004. Originally from Michigan, and having graduated from Ferris State University with a B.S. in Business and Marketing with an emphasis in Professional Golf Management, he relocated to SWFL to escape the cold and snow. He’s an avid investor in real estate and has personally bought and sold over a dozen homes in SWFL, making him well versed in understanding the range of emotions that clients go through when buying or selling property and prides himself on guiding them to the closing table smoothly.
